FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FULLY
It took me a while to get this right but I believe it was my usage that caused the problem at first. Eventually I was patient enough and accurate enough and the product worked very well. I replaced two plates in a 75 gallon hex tank. It's so frustrating to get it right, but the product isn't to blame. Would buy again. I actually bought it again because I needed more after screwing it up.
