Even though great care was taken during the procedure, this is how the case looks after four months of regular use. It certainly doesn't look like $500. The paint is so weak that it scrapes and scratches off as it were made of air. The connection drops out unexpectedly, sometimes as many as five or six times in an hour, and it happens with a wide variety of electronic gadgets (phones, tablets, etc.). There is a maximum of four hours of battery life. The casing does not reliably support charging. Touching the headphones' touch key might occasionally trigger an immediate, powerful response in the ear. Poor performance. It's a shame I spent $500 on these since after chatting to other owners I found I'm not the only one having issues.
