The ability to see what is happening in my store at all times. It also helps me with customer service. I dislike that you cannot use it from your computer, so you have to be in front of your phone or computer. I like being able to check in on customers who are waiting for products. Also, I can give updates to customers about their order status without having to talk to them directly. I like that I have the ability to use this software from anywhere and that I have the ability to use it from any device. I dislike that I need to have my own phone to use this software. I think that it would be great to have a mobile app to be able to use it from any device. I have been able to use this software from any device without the need to be in the office or at home. I have been able to use this software from any device.
