I like it's easy to use interface, which is very user friendly. It helps me track my sales leads by giving them more information about their lead funnel in order to help find ways of increasing conversions or closing deals faster. The only thing i dislike sometimes is when there are too many pages open at once and you have to scroll down to see what page you're currently viewing. But other than that its great! I highly recommend this tool. As mentioned above, tracking your sales pipeline with Performics tools makes it easier to understand where each prospect stands within your customer journey.
