From the start I noticed that after a few days in a mug the water tasted like mold. Sometimes even mold flakes appear. Flushing doesn't help because the cover isn't cleanable. I soaked the lid in a solution of vinegar and/or bleach. The mold went away for a few days and then returned. I ended up removing the screws from the lid while trying to figure out where the mold was growing and found the only place was on a tiny rubber grommet on the spout. I have 12 ounces left. A set I have not had a mold problem with at all, but the lid mechanism slides out for cleaning - no mechanical skills or tools needed. 16 ounces. The model has serious health issues and I would advise staying away from her.
