Seller - NOTE: I'm giving one star to get your attention. Happy to change this once I do.So. I'd give this 5 stars for the product itself! I absolutely love this board. Very easy to use, but not boring, and personally I like the fact that it doesn't go 100MPH. Still goes plenty fast!HOWEVER, we can't use it. The listing says to email them with any issues, however no email address is provided! It has been thoroughly impossible to find a way to contact the seller or manufacturer. We've needed a new remote and a new charger (due to our own disorganization!), but there is also no way to buy these items separately. (I'd be happy to pay for them, if I could find a way to do this online!) Also, the charger appears to be very NON-STANDARD, so none of my other chargers that look like the might work (round peg- style), fit. Yet, the charger information is not provided on the listing.Seller, please send new charger and remote, or at least tell me how/what to purchase.Note to buyers: If you buy this, you'll enjoy it, but treat your charger and remote like GOLD!
