Difference between the collar that works and a collar that not working. Initially I used long attachment points and had no reliability no matter how tight the collar was. It was impossible to know if my dog wasn't feeling any stimulation or if there was a bad contact. I trusted my intuition that the values were unreasonably high so I wouldn't see a reaction from the dog. I'm happy because with this attachment my stimulus level is very low and I can see a clear reaction from the dog all the time. Who knows what would have happened if I'd just kept moving up the ladder with standard attachments and then all of a sudden there was a solid connection. I am disappointed that I had to purchase a remote control collar accessory that I have already paid a few hundred dollars for, but for this particular item I am giving five stars because it is the difference between a collar I trust and a collar that who i trust .
