Well, in my opinion, this isn't a massager like I originally thought, but a vibrating plate that goes numb. It's not very effective for my feet, but it might be for others. It vibrates and has multiple settings, it has heat and it's a good design, the remote control is on top and detaches so you can hold it and change settings, and then it just snaps into place with a magnet! I think this would be really great for those who need to improve circulation in their legs, but it just chills me and makes my legs numb.
