Amazing product and customer service! The first one received had a broken touchpad, contacted the seller and was able to easily exchange it for a new one. They responded quickly and dealt with my problem in a professional manner. The laptop works as it should, gets a bit slower when playing 2nd league at max settings, added another 8GB of RAM and this solved the problem. It is recommended to have at least 16GB of RAM, doing it yourself will void the warranty. Great for gaming, high settings in any current game at 1080p. Heats up like most gaming laptops, can't match the price or size! Lightweight and durable.
