My cat hates me, but this is the only way to keep her from licking and scratching her neck. He has a few outbreaks of allergies that we haven't fully figured out yet. My cat is 14 1b and is currently carrying a small; it's a bit cozier than i would like. However, I tried the medium first and he was able to get out of it pretty quickly. It helps that this shirt is slightly higher at the neck than most, because that's where most of his breakouts happen. The last scratches on his neck are finally starting to heal because I put this shirt on him for at least an hour after putting lotion on him so he can't lick the cream off.
