Strict and photogenic.

Didn't have to adjust any of the harnesses for my 30lb French bulldog. The color corresponds to the product photos, the locks and materials appear to be of high quality. Since you have to juggle two Velcro straps to get the cover off and another to get to the inside, that means at least it's fairly secure. The dispenser works great with standard sized rolls of bin liners, and the interior of the bag is spacious enough to hold a 12 oz water bottle, ball, horn stub, collapsible bowl, bin linersโ€ฆ

Too picky and complicated

Cool idea for attaching Velcro patches. Too many straps and clasps to open and close again. To open you need to undo 2 velcros on the front, open the top, undo 1 long/wide velcro and then 2 zippers. Too heavy! I don't know about you, but my dog doesn't have the patience for this and neither do I. That's 6 steps to open, 6 more steps to close! Why can't it just be a top zip like most backpacks? Or 1 Velcro for the flap cover and 1 zipper at the bottom. It's still more steps than I'd personallyโ€ฆ

They sent me one that looked like it had been returned, used and damaged.

I received the item on time, but there are a few differences with this product. I noticed that the strap broke off. See 1st photo. 2 - Upon careful inspection of the product, I noticed a slight white coating on the straps. See attached photos 2nd and 3. Please note I do not have a white dog, I have a red poodle. This led me to conclude that this product was returned and a previous buyer damaged it and then returned it. I understand that reselling the product makes up for financial losses, butโ€ฆ

Sturdy, functional and super cute

Our dog stays with his "aunt" a few nights a month and we were looking for a travel bag that she can carry on her own with an extra leash, rain cover etc. I saw that at Revain and ordered it because it looked cute. It's exceptionally durable, with Velcro straps for attaching a name and US flag or other symbol. It's fully sprung under the stroller, so it's very, very secure if you attach the leash to the D-ring at the top of the backpack compartment. It has a double closure for the main backpack
