I have used this mount for a 55" Samsung and overall very good quality and Durability for a TV of this size. I had to get pretty good at figuring out how high to mount the TV to get it where I wanted it. I had 2 wall drawers to work with (power and HD cables) and couldn't fit them in the open spaces in the mount so I had to mount them either above or below those drawers (not the mount's fault but still some hassle ). In order to get the brackets to the correct height for the wall mount, I had to move the vertical TV brackets to their extreme ends. This placed the brackets on the part of the back of the TV that wasn't flat. Luckily there were enough spacers included for me to get it working. There is room behind the TV for cables etc but the mount is flush enough to look good. I installed a second TV which was a 40 inch Samsung and had similar problems mounting the wall boxes. But to adjust the brackets on the back to mount the TV at the correct height, the brackets almost protruded above the TV. I think this mount is great for large TVs, but I think it may be too big for 40" screens or smaller. If you don't want to see any of the brackets when your TV is installed, they may be too big. I bought a third 32" tv mount for the bedroom and had to send it back after seeing how big the 40" tv mounts are. I think it would be nice if you were ok with the brackets sticking out above and below the TV. Very good value for money.
