Device works but customer service is the WORST

I will never buy a D-Link product again. After purchasing this wireless print server, I followed all the installation instructions but couldn't get it to work. I assumed it was me, so I paid a PC technician to help me. He spent 2 hours on the phone with D-Link tech support troubleshooting and they decided the device was defective. Provide me with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After paying a qualified technician over $100 to work on his technique! All in all I had to speak to three people and spent 45 minutes waiting for my RMA. Eventually I received my RMA and sent the unit back with all paperwork and accessories. When they sent me a replacement it was just a box, no manuals, no software, not even a power adapter. So I had to spend another 20 minutes listening to their excruciatingly annoying music to speak to customer service. They "promised" me a power supply and manual, but who knows if I'll ever get them. Add to this a complete lack of remorse for selling me a bad product and I'm just very disappointed in the whole experience and the feeling of wasted a lot of time and money (device price + technician). If I ever get this thing up and running (with my Netgear router and Brother MFC6800 printer) I'll post again on how and if it works. Update: They sent me a power cord and I was able to run it. but only after stumbling upon myself - did I find the documentation useless in the sense that the instructions stopped at 1/2 during the installation process. Although I now enjoy unplugging my printer from my computer, I will never buy a D-Link product again.
