lots of spices. I cook a lot and I'm glad I don't have to refill them too often. I love the uniform look they give and the extra plastic shaker lids are great for some of the condiments I use at the table, but I don't use them on most of them for easy access for measuring spoons. Very happy with this purchase and plan to have them for a very long time. IMPORTANT NOTE: Round measuring spoons will not fit in these measuring holes, but there are rectangular measuring spoons that work well.
