During installation, it turned out that the purchased soundbar did not have a bluetooth connection, and could not connect to the TV, or to the phone, or to the Smart Sings mobile application. I took it to a service center, they were silent for 2 weeks, then, after my call, they answered that they did not have spare parts and they sent a request for cancellation (although the soundbar is positioned as a new model on the Samsung website).
