Review on AvTek Solutions, Inc. by Trevor Garrett

We have been using ATEK for about 8 years now! Their customer service has always exceeded my expectations at every level of contact I've had with them over those eight plus year span (which would include multiple sales/support personnel). They are very responsive - not just when you call but also via email or chat if needed as well!! If there were any issues during installation they worked quickly & professionally resolving it before we realized what was happening. There really isn't anything negative one could say regarding this manufacturer so far aside maybe pricing which seems fair enough considering how good everything else works out here too :) The support staff does great work keeping your system up n running without issue after setup by other vendors who failed us time an again due mainly because of price changes etc.. We use avtek for managing our network monitoring, system troubleshooting and overall IT service at work. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of our needs. I don't have anything negative to say about this program. It has been used by us for over 20 years now with no problems. We just recently moved into an office building and have been using it to monitor all of the computers in the building.
