So not only does the guard fall off when in use (doesn't snap onto the comb) but the guard's teeth don't line up very well with the comb well, for starters it's not a good thing because the hair can't get through it. Oh, and if you try to put the guard back on after it's been dropped, it's super hot because it was (of course) on a hot comb. Don't waste your time or money.
