Review on LG BPM34 Blu-Ray Player: Seamlessly Stream with Built-In Wi-Fi by Shane Tomko

Bought this item at Walmart today. Wanted a Roku, I have a Roku 2 in my bedroom and I really like it. Unfortunately, all Walmart stores were sold out and I couldn't wait to try out my new TV in the living room. Haven't used Future DVD/Bluray yet, but it beats Roku in terms of streaming. It offers few streaming options, but it's exactly what I wanted (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, YouTube) and overall the system is simpler and easier to use. I've always disliked that you have to manually start each show on Roku, as opposed to online where episodes play automatically after a countdown. There is no such problem with this player. Also, the Roku remote is very sensitive and I get frustrated when I hit the back button to find another show and the entire app closes. I highly recommend this player. The only negatives I can think of is the tiny remote that comes in the box and the buttons are a bit cramped, but that's a small price to pay for a decent all-in-one at this price point.
