In the first photo you can see 2 (of 4) broken rubber bands. BROKEN THE SECOND put her on. The second photo shows the correct mount (apparently the factory knows how the rubber band should be centered in the gripper pin). The third photo shows the elastic attached to 3 of the 4 hats (on the 3rd hat the elastic didn't come off the hat because no one tried to put it on. This shows that the factory just doesn't care that the fastening is done correctly. I'm sorry for the factory workers who may be forced to do this too quickly to ensure the elastic is in place. YES! But to my customer friends.: This is a poor product Quality.( aka instant) reconnection by no means VERY VERY LOVED.
