Review on Soundbar JBL Bar 9.1 black by Ada Kosakiewicz ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied with the product, it is made well, the price is also pleasing.

The rating was lowered specifically for Dolby Atmos, if you don’t chase after it, then you can find a soundbar much cheaper, although I don’t know in terms of quality, there’s nothing to compare with. I just fell for Atmos. The rest are minor quibbles. I saw a lot of reviews about the problems of turning on / synchronizing the soundbar and the rear, I did not find anything like that, from the soundbar box on the latest firmware. True, I use the rear on a permanent connection via micro usb. Well, just in case, the problem is not with Atmos content, I know where to find it. The problem is in the implementation. In my humble opinion, there is no difference from 5.1.

Pros
  • Good sound, cool design, easy connection of rear speakers. Various connection channels. In general, only positive emotions from their sound.
Cons
  • Dolby Atmos on the soundbar (perhaps on all soundbars) is more of a marketing ploy. Maybe there, of course, there is something, but there is absolutely no difference between 5.1 content and Dolby Atmos. The rear speakers are poorly fixed in a level position, since the mount is only 1 screw, with a slight pressure, it scrolls.
