Sharp knives with a very cheap finish
The knives came out of the box sharp but the plastic handle seems cheap and the finish on the blade tip is very rough, I just managed to snap my thumb a few times cutting Press on the tip (top) of the knife when cutting. the edges of the spine are very square and sharp, if you are used to pressing the knife with your thumb, do not buy it, I will try to smooth the edges myself next time I sharpen the knife.
