The best part is that the customer support is excellent. They are always willing to help and they are extremely knowledgeable. I like that I can use the dial your leads on the phone to make calls. It is easy to set up and use. I like that I can make sales calls easily. I also love that I can text a person and send them a message. I do not like that I have to use a headset. I wish you could use a headset with the dial your leads. I wish I could use the dial your leads on my cell phone. It is a great system and I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use and it is very easy to set up. I am able to make sales calls and text people. I love that I can have a dial your leads account and I can make calls on my cell phone.
