There were no substantial differences between this model and its predecessor, the iPhone 6s Plus. Although I did not undertake any performance tests, I was unable to identify any discernible differences in the way the operating system or other apps functioned. It would appear that the sound quality of the speaker on the iPhone 7 has deteriorated, since the cover starts to tremble when the volume is turned up to its maximum setting. It's possible that this is a result of Apple's decision to make the latest iPhone waterproof. It is widely considered that the camera on the new phone is its most distinguishing feature; yet, I am unable to confirm that it takes photographs that are significantly more impressive. This is a really good phone that is also beautiful and productive. But, if we analyze it not in a vacuum but rather in comparison with other phones that are analogous to it, even with the identical iPhone 6s Plus, then its advantage becomes less clear. If you switch to it from an earlier model or one that does not run iOS, you will notice the difference more immediately. As a person who has used this model (black gloss), I can state that it scratches readily, but that minor scratches do not cause a significant amount of discomfort (which cannot be said about chips). I suggest not wiping it with a regular napkin, but rather with specific degreasing products for smartphone and monitor screens, together with a microfiber towel; this restores it to excellent condition in a matter of seconds. If scratches are still a concern, you might want to look into the "black matte" version. It has a curious but underwhelming appearance, but the problem of soiling and scratching is less common in this version.
