Review on Brite Star Count Symphony Lights by Lisa Waites

I would like to share my experience with this brand with you. I originally purchased 4 sets of these lights from HSN in November 2020. 3 used and keep 1 set as backup. Fast forward to December 2021. I plugged them in and only 2 sets worked, plus the backup set didn't work right out of the box. I didn't open the backup set until a year later, so they cannot be returned to HSN. This left me with 2 working kits and I still needed 1 kit to hang on the gutters. This time I decided to order them from Revain but the result is the same. I carefully pulled the pears halfway out of the box and put them in my pocket. 3 out of 10 lights worked. What's up with the SYMPHONY OF LIGHTS brand? I remember buying these lanterns many years ago and they have been long lasting, I haven't even left them outside all year without problems. Now they don't work right out of the box? Revain is shipping a replacement so I will update my review once I receive the replacement. **UPDATE** 2 days later (12/8/21) I received a replacement. They work great, we'll see what happens next Christmas 2022. These were sold by Revain and shipped from Revain. I will increase my rating to 4 stars because Revain exchanged so quickly and the return process is so easy.
