I bought two packs to use in lunch boxes. Both of my children are old enough to understand that they shouldn't throw away their lunch if they want it presentable, break or mishandle their lunch boxes. I say that because the crash isn't due to user neglect. We put them in at the end of August and it soon became apparent that one of the bottles was starting to leak. No matter what happens, this lunch box must be destroyed at the end of the day. If that were the only downside, I wouldn't be writing this. Less than six weeks after use, the mechanism that holds water and activates at the touch of a button and allows the user to drink, broke ANOTHER bottle. It rattles in the lid and doesn't hold a drop of water. So now I have one that leaks and one that doesn't work. Disappointing. The search for a durable water bottle continues.
