I don't know WHO has mold. maybe because they don't wash them properly. I bought these for my 6 year old for lunch. You are wonderful. I put in random drinks, not just water, and they wash in the dishwasher daily and I have no problem. I make sure the cups and lids are dry before putting them away and it's that easy! best buy

I bought these for my son and they are great for everyday use. He takes it to school and it's perfect for preventing accidental spills. The only negative I would say is that they are smaller than I would like. When he goes to basketball practice, he has to fill both up and take them with him, otherwise he'll run out of water very quickly. I've attached a photo next to a regular sized drinking glass to show the size and a video showing how the auto seal works.

First of all I would like to say that at first I liked it. Although toddlers find it difficult to press the button to get the drink, they got off to a great start. They are airtight but impossible to clean! If you plan on buying them to throw away after a few washes you should be fine, but they're not something you can use all the time as they're impossible to clean. They are literally mold collectors! The way they were made makes it impossible to clean the lid. Do not buy!

We love these mugs! Unfortunately we had a mold problem and had to throw it away and now I'm guessing. The small drinking hole has a silicone backing that seals it when closed. We clean the cups regularly and always use ONLY water, but one cup went missing for a few days and when it came back there was mold on that silicone piece.
