I used it on vacation abroad recently. The main advantage for me was that I can turn it into a wallet shape. I carried it folded in my pocket most of the time. I was able to slip my passport into the side of the money zipper when folded, although it fits snugly. I only had it in pass hold mode when I was in airports. I come out of the money clip as a main purse with cards and cash. Since I'm a minimalist with my wallet, it took me a while to get used to this wallet. The great thing is that in wallet mode it's still thinner than my traditional leather double wallet with the same amount of stuff. Although it's still slim, the wallet mode is still wide. Depending on the size of your pocket, you may have trouble carrying it around. The two-step process for withdrawing money or cards from wallet mode (Velcro and zipper) also takes some getting used to. It can be tedious, but it seems certain that nothing important has fallen out. I also like that it has RFID blocking. I've already started putting my cards in the RFID sleeve. Overall, I recommend this wallet for travel. Great utility and usefulness
