I am very happy with this sports bottle. It's big enough to hold a lot more than a small bottle of water and keeps it cold for a long time. I just love the removable strainer. It prevents ice or lemon wedges from blocking the spout and allows users to spray fruit conveniently. Another nice touch was that it came with an extra silicone ring. If the former is lost or starts smelling like tea/coffee or something like coffee, it can be replaced. I like the fact that it's big and stays cold longer. The plastic hinge is uncomfortable because it interferes with the easy opening and closing of the threaded cap, and it's not as convenient as if it were a looser or more flexible material like a chain or fabric loop (like my other bottles). I haven't tried hot drinks because it's cold drink season and I think if it stays cold it should stay warm. I have vacuum flasks bought elsewhere and love them, but they never got big enough so I used two (which is sometimes inconvenient). It's good so far. I haven't trained yet, but time will tell how warm it will be. I've seen several negative posts and I hope they were just an accident.
