My granddaughter is 12 and she loves this style! She has a closet full of black, blue, and white skirts in this style. I decided to buy her this one hoping she would like this color. I'm happy to report that she loves it and can't wait to wear it to school. I like the quality of the fabric, thick and sewn well. She has to wear shorts underneath and it's long enough to be mid-thigh so it's not a problem.
