Overall I like these trousers. The padding is sufficient. They are warm (I tested in 45 degree weather). I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the seams are pulled up and leave deep marks on the legs. I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall and weigh 131 pounds. I bought a medium size. I love the long length and the back zips to slip my foot in. There is also an extra length. I found the high rise elastic waist a bit tight and not as stretchy as I would have liked. When flat, the waist is exactly 10 inches wide, so the elastic waist is 20 inches unstretched for a medium size. Nicewinn should use flat seams and elasticated waist.
