This is a 2021 screen and I don't think it's bad. So I disassembled it from the bottom into 4 screws, then took a pocket knife and worked around the edges to remove the back panel. There is tape attached to the buttons at the bottom, which is also carefully taped first, then I removed it to make it a little looser. Then I ripped off the ribbon of the main strap to unhook it. Then there are 4 black screws that hold the power supply, the HDMI enclosure and the VGA. Be careful when turning it over. Then two screws holding the HDMI, VGA card. Then there are nuts on the side that hold the VGA. I used an adjustable wrench, they weren't that tight. Then when I turned it over I noticed that the other side of the main strap is slightly stretched, there is a black wedge holding it without the strap like everything else. So I put it back in and glued it in place with super glue. I waited for the glue and put it back together. And the brightness returned to him that the man said was before. I'm guessing the tilt feature is too tight and the panel flexes a little, or when the person installed the tape on Monday they were having a bad day that day.
