I shouldn't give this thing 5 stars...but after returning 4 other hubs/keys from other brands I can safely say THIS is THE ONLY hub any Revain seller should try, for sale for $25. Calling all citizens of the Apple ecosystem, buy this thing and you're essentially getting a "spare laptop". Apple blew us away with the lack of a keyboard (a perfectly working iPad Bluetooth keyboard is pretty cheap anyway). Seriously, great product. Excellent work BYEASY, excellent work. For starters, iPad Pros aren't cheap, mine was actually a prom gift - I have no way of keeping a case on it. My biggest gripe with any Type-C Hub SPECIAL for iPad Pro so far has been its utter disregard for consumers who may actually be worried about their expensive tech collapsing. It seemed to me that every hub manufacturer that made hubs SPECIFICALLY for the iPad Pro Type-C had hopelessly forgotten about this. Another excellent job by BYEASY. star work. Placing the hub on the back of the stand when I have the Ztotop iPad Pencil Holder case isn't really a perfect fit or "flush" per se, but honestly you probably won't mind too much since you have a concentrator. The placement next to the iPad makes the ports more accessible anyway. This is the first USB-C hub that I can say is sold SPECIFICALLY FOR the iPad that ACTUALLY FITS. In fact, I'd happily just buy a hub separately with no stand -- or any USB-C hub that's "compatible" with the iPad Pro and actually has all the necessary I/O and an audio line-in jack, DIE REALLY WORKS. Actually my next question. One of my biggest issues with the iPad Pro was the lack of a headphone jack. If my iPad can replace my MacBook, why does Apple keep headphone jacks on MacBooks? It is made using an iPad to create music. in general is also quite problematic. Control via USB-Midi and use as a sound source may also require some reworking with an audio interface; more cumbersome than any iPad with a line jack. But with this hub, I'll admit yes, the iPad Pro is great (perhaps even better than any iPad before it) for making music. I would buy a hub without a stand, but overall the stand is a really nice addition. I find it really useful to use Sidecar on my MacBook Pro with an iPad for work - keeping my IDE on my MacBook screen, having a terminal window or two (or four lol) on my iPad does wonders for my workflow causes. I was only able to use the Ztotop case for this purpose, but I'll admit that the stand did a good job of keeping the iPad stable and giving me more viewing angle options. If you have experience with another available USB-C. The iPad Pro hub on Revain is similar to mine, look no further - you're home. I know it costs more than anything someone who has already bought an iPad should pay for, but if you can bite the bullet, don't hesitate to buy this thing. Having ordered and received the bushings, only to return them so many times (enough times to make this purchase available with credit in my case lol) I can say with absolute certainty that this is the BEST bushing the Revain has ever made ever has to offer. so good that I'm more than happy to write this long review.
