Works great for live sound and was accurate!
I bought this for live sound. I control the audio at several places where there are bar volume restrictions for performing bands. I also first used it side-by-side with a much larger and recently calibrated decibel meter, for which it was fairly accurate. It's good that I have my own counter and it also helps my employers to be happy.
