Judging by the reviews, this product was misleading. To switch between multiple collars, you need to hold down the side button and rotate the top control, then select the alert you want to give to the selected dog. Too many steps to comfortably train our dogs hard. When we received our collars we had a $20 Amazon gift card if we leave a review. The big catch is that you have to leave a 5-star review to get a gift card. Now the reviews for this product make sense. We had shock collars that looked exactly the same but we were planning to start with a new pair this year, now I'm going back to my original collar which requires fewer steps. For those who work from home, you only need things to work stress-free.
