Review on CoolTool by John Huskisson

I like that it's easy to use, has many surveys available (some of them are free) as well some paid options depending how much you'd be willing/able pay per survey completion or answer given. A little hard sometimes at first but after awhile with practice becomes easier! It would help if there were more information about what each option meant in terms of questions asked etc so not sure why this isn't displayed when answering one? Great site overall- just need something added here maybe?? For example; "what was your favourite part?" instead saying 'this' could mean different things which can make answers difficult especially since we all have likes & dislikes!! Good way to keep up w our clients by keeping us constantly updated regarding their needs / wants - great tool too.
