Hole when first used
We could fit 1 large suitcase, 1 medium suitcase, 1 small suitcase and a travel bag. We didn't even have 3 hours to drive when we stopped to fill up and check the trunk and noticed a hole in it. It rained most of our journey to and from our destination, leaving our luggage damp. The size of the carrier is decent, but the material and quality are not worth it. Update: The seller personally contacted me to fix the issue and gave me a full refund. Customer service and communication are top notch.
