Shipping with rubber band - damaged shoes
The shoes have been held together with a rubber band to fit in a small bag (but come in a big enough box for it). Rubber bands stained white soles and left indelible marks on boots, ruining them. Why would anyone ship shoes this way? Sent them back and it's a shame because they could have been a good shoe.
