Nice inexpensive molding for home use

Well made and great value for a front door or other noticeable door where molding may be required. However, one of the reasons for the good price is that the skirting board is not as thick as the old European skirting boards. So it's not a high power stove. Great for the home, but in a commercial setting where the record is actually kicked 100 times a day I don't think it will hold up.
