Adjustable, order according to hand

This fits securely and has 3 straps to ensure you get a good fit to your hand. Make sure to order for the correct hand. The thumb hole has enough room to move it comfortably without rubbing on your skin and the brace keeps my wrist steady. After wearing for several hours, I experienced some relief. Sadly, it's difficult to type with and I work on a computer all day so cannot wear it while working.
