Poor Sound Quality: Laptops
I bought this product to replace an aging Acer C720 Chromebook. I loved everything about this Chromebook until I started watching YouTube videos. The sound was very, very tinny. I tried several other videos to be sure and they all sounded bad. I downloaded the same video to both the new and old Chromebook and then listened to them one by one. This new one was terrible compared to the old C720. This is very disappointing as I use my Chromebook extensively to watch Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. I have already packed it and will be sending it back.
