BROAGE 15.6 " FHD Lightweight Laptop Intel Celeron

I recently purchased this device on 11/17/2020. I like its stylish look, design and light weight. After recently checking my Settings, Outlook and uploading However, after taking photos, I ran into a problem 19/2020 I can't turn off my computer, can't print I've tried unplugging the power cord for a few seconds and I still get the same message What do I need to do to to finish the setup and get rid of this annoying message that has been running for over 24 hours please let us know.
