Very good quality. No problems with missing or unsuitable parts after receipt. Installation was easy and took about 20 minutes. Best of all, all the washers and lock washers are already installed on the bolts you received! The chair is very supportive. I'm 6ft 2in and 200ft and love the lumbar support in the highest and most supportive (most arched) settings. The headrest is good as there is plenty of room for height and tilt adjustment. I also like that the seat is mesh so it is ventilated unlike other upholstery materials like foam. Overall, the chair looks much larger. more expensive than it actually is which is nice. I expect to be very happy with this chair as I use it more over the next few weeks.
