Review on Enhance and Safeguard Butterflies' Habitat with RESTCLOUD Butterfly Habitat Terrarium Protection by Randy Montiel

I am a Monarch breeder and wanted this little cube for the tiny little crumbs I hatch from an egg (1st year). I always use a thin makeup brush to gently move them to the little pot of euphorbia as quickly as possible so they do their thing and don't bother me. The plant I use is small, they don't need much in 1st and 2nd instar. The door to the apartment is REALLY small. I had to move around the plant to avoid accidentally knocking one of my little leaves off the leaf. If you want to use it to grow a relatively large potted plant, I don't recommend it. Small plants work great here! Also, for anyone who doesn't breed, I wouldn't recommend this for large cats (caterpillars). Buy a medium size, at least if you are growing more than 2 Monarchs at a time. Also, it's a really good quality with a zipped protective layer so you don't accidentally hurt one of your little ones if they slip off the zip. FIRST WASH has an industrial odor so be sure to clean with a mild soapy solution, rinse and dry in the sun before adding your cats.
