The best part was how the staff treated me like I was their only customer, which is very rare in this business. It was a nice experience for me because they had never met a customer who was so appreciative and kind. They were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem I have is that they don't offer any discounts for new customers. After I started working with them I realized that they make sure everything is done right the first time. They always do a great job solving my issues quickly. I'm currently using them for an IT audit but I highly recommend them for anything! I am solving all of my organization's IT problems by having them check everything for accuracy and completeness. They are also doing some document creation as well.
