I really like how easy it was to set up my CRM, as well integrating into Salesforce for greater efficiency! It also helps me keep track off all our leads/customers which makes management much easier!! There are some features that could be improved such us being able use different views (ie phone number vs email address) - but not enough so there's no point improving upon what we have now without major changes or upgrades from ITG themselves? Great system overall- very helpful when managing multiple contacts across many companies at once.- keeping everything together has made life alot smoother.
