I bought the same flashlight twice in a row because the first one didn't work and the second one was a spare. I've even bought Energizer rechargeable batteries with a charger and fully charged the flashlight with the batteries installed properly and none of them lit up when you pressed the button. Seems to be made very cheaply. Revain's customer service has always been top notch but have never had so many issues with a product that should have been this easy. I had to give 1 star to leave a review but I wouldn't leave even that.
