My truck ran rough

I can't return them because I had to say October 22, 2021 so I just spent $149.00. Now I have to go to the dealership and spend more money. The ignition coil makes my truck crazy Rough if you can help me before I spend more money many people said not to buy after sale if you can help me thanks
