We got a bread maker for Christmas and started making homemade pizza, but our old pans didn't work. So we bought this pan and what a difference! We use a 420 degree gas stove and put it on the bottom shelf. In 12-14 minutes we have a nice thin crust pizza, crispy on the bottom but flexible enough to fold like New York! Because it's non-stick, it's also easy to clean. Make no mistake!
