This is the best pizza pan I've ever had. I will never go back to a regular pan! The crust comes out crispy without the mess in the oven. I've even used it on other types of products and it works great!

Makes an excellent crispy crust for cauliflower pizza. Plus any other type of pizza it works great on - didn't know what was missing. Must buy. Good heavy quality.

Problem solved. My homemade and frozen pizza didn't qualify until I got this pizza pan. Now DiGorno is as good as advertised. Easy to clean, keeps the oven from dripping (we use a cookie sheet but it always comes out clean and the lid is electric so this is a must)

We got a bread maker for Christmas and started making homemade pizza, but our old pans didn't work. So we bought this pan and what a difference! We use a 420 degree gas stove and put it on the bottom shelf. In 12-14 minutes we have a nice thin crust pizza, crispy on the bottom but flexible enough to fold like New York! Because it's non-stick, it's also easy to clean. Make no mistake!

I had good experiences with this pizza dish at the beginning. The first few uses made this pan 100% as advertised. Hand washed after each use, no dishwasher. Now I have noticed that the cheese is sticky and almost impossible to remove. In fact, I now have to soak before washing to remove what's stuck to the pan. Wouldn't buy again as I spent a few extra dollars to get a quality frying pan. Unfortunately, it doesn't deliver the quality I hoped and paid for.

I make pizza at home at least once a week and this thing crisps up the crust and is easy to clean. Don't worry about dripping cheese or toppings sticking to the pan. When I take a pizza out of the oven, I also like to pull the pizza out of the pan and onto the cutting board. I don't want to ruin the surface of the pan by slicing pizza on it. I've used so many different pans to reheat frozen and fresh pizza that nothing compares to this one. The holes in the pan keep the pizza from sticking and I never have to tear the pizza off the plate which makes a mess. I love it.
