This stove is real! I've had mine for 3 years now and use it for all my daily prep. The normal stove is only used when I am preparing a soup or a dish that needs to be cooked for a long time. I originally bought this to prepare stir fries. However, it quickly became my favorite vessel for cooking a variety of dishes. It has amazing heat output for frying french fries etc, then you can easily adjust the temperature for ingredients that require less heat. Cooking a complete meal on this stove is not difficult. I love to cook and have cooked many delicious meals on this stove, essentially using my small apartment stove for storage. I keep a supply of butane cans from my local Asia store so I never run out of fuel. Between that power station and my Breville Smart Oven, my stove is almost obsolete. Cleaning is also easy as the burner grate is easily removable for soaking and cleaning.
